EGYPT TRAVEL MY WAY tour Guests are RESPONSIBLE for booking their AIR TICKET to and from EGYPT and SECURING ENTRY VISA. We recommend that you finalize your airline tickets and Visa 60 days prior to your travel dates to Egypt.
What happens if travel is restricted due to U.S. AND EGYPT OFFICIAL ADVISORY?
In the event of an GOVERNMENTAL travel restriction – whether by U.S. or EGYPT authorities– which causes our cancellation of your tour, you will receive refund. GOVERNMENTAL travel restrictions include:

EGYPT has entry restrictions in place that prohibit the guest from traveling, such as closed borders or extended quarantine requirement

International flights are cancelled without alternative routing available for guest to be able to reach EGYPT
How do I book a trip?

Tour prices and payment?
Full payment of $15,000 U.S. dollars confirms your Egypt Travel My Way tour reservation. Tour prices are guaranteed and your payment is refundable of which $300 is non-refundable for administrative fees.
Accommodations and meals?
Our guests stay in 5-star hotels in Lower and Upper Egypt. A continental breakfast is included with all accommodations. Lunches and Dinners are included in your daily events. Lunch includes a first course, a main course, bottled water and coffee or tea. Dinner includes a first course, a main course, a dessert, bottled water and coffee and tea. Alcohol based beverages are available for purchase at your expense .
medical and trip cancellation insurance?
EGYPT TRAVEL MY WAY strongly recommends that you purchase international travel insurance with medical coverage, as well as trip cancellation coverage and protection against lost, stolen or damaged luggage. passport, visa and COVID requirements for Egypt?
Your passport must be valid. Passport expiration date must be valid for at least six months after the completion of your tour. Official Entry Visa is required for entry to Egypt. Most airlines require that you show Egypt Visa Entry stamp prior to checking in for your Egypt bound flight. Please contact your nearest Egyptian Embassy or Consulate to obtain Egypt Entry Visa. getting from the airport to the hotel?
Airport transfers are included in your tour package. Upon deplaning, you will be met by Licensed Expeditor (She/he will be holding EGYPT TRAVEL MY WAY placard with YOUR NAME on it) and assisted through the Passport control, Luggage retrieval and Customs processes and escorted to EGYPT TRAVEL MY WAY vehicle that will transport you to your hotel.
What should I pack?
Bring casual, comfortable clothes, shoes and hats, as our tours involve a moderate amount of walking. A light sweater or jacket is a must for Winter season nights (Dec-Mar). Ladies, your attire should project modesty. Airy cotton shirts long and short sleeves, long and knee length pants are recommended for Spring, Summer and Fall season tours (to learn more about seasonal temperatures clink on this link). Days and Evenings on the tour are casual and don’t forget to pack a bathing suit. Laundry services are available in your hotel at your expense.
